At Les Néréides Official Store, we want you to be completely enamored with your hand-painted jewelry. If your selection is not quite right, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides packaging and velvet pouch, ensuring the items are unworn and the security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
